摘要
肝纤维化是指肝在修复各种致病因子所致肝损伤时出现的肝内弥漫性细胞外基质过度沉积。近年来,越来越多证据表明第10号染色体缺失的磷酸酶张力蛋白同源物基因(phosphatase and tensin homology deleted on chromosome ten,PTEN)参与肝纤维化进程。本文就PTEN调控肝纤维化的机制研究进行综述。
Liver fibrosis is caused due to excessive deposition of diffuse extracellular matrix in the liver during repair of liver injury caused by various pathogenic factors.In recent years,an increasing body of evidence has suggested that the phosphatase and tensin homology deleted on chromosome 10(PTEN)is involved in the development of liver fibrosis.We therefore reviewed the regulatory mechanism of PTEN in liver fibrosis.
