门尼黏度对丁苯橡胶1723拉伸性能及硫化特性的影响 被引量:6

摘要 在结合苯乙烯和环保高芳烃油质量分数分别为23.6%和27.3%及24.0%和27.2%的情况下,研究了生胶门尼黏度对两种丁苯橡胶1723拉伸性能和硫化特性的影响。结果表明,随着生胶门尼黏度的增加,两种丁苯橡胶的定伸应力、拉伸强度、扯断伸长率及转矩均呈线性增大趋势,硫化时间延长。生胶门尼黏度每增加1个单位,两种丁苯橡胶的25,30,50 min的300%定伸应力分别增大约0.39 MPa和0.38 MPa、0.22 MPa、0.25 MPa和0.32 MPa,拉伸强度分别提高0.30 MPa和0.27 MPa,扯断伸长率分别增大2.8%和3.6%,最小和最大转矩分别增大0.047 dN·m和0.048 dN·m、0.137 dN·m和0.123 dN·m,硫化时间t25、t50及t90分别延长0.11 min和0.13 min、0.10 min、0.15 min和0.19 min。 The effects of Mooney viscosity of styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) 1723 on its tensile properties and curing characteristics were studied, with two series of SBR 1723 which one combination of bound styrene mass fraction were at 23.6%( by mass) and oil at 27.3%, and another′s combination of bound styrene mass fraction were at 24.0% and oil at 27.2%. The results showed that with the increasing Mooney viscosity, the modulus, tensile strength, elongation at break and torques of SBR 1723 were all increased linearly, and vulcanization time was prolonged. When Mooney viscosity was increased by 1 unit, the modulus at 25 min, 35 min and 50 min of SBR 1723 increased about 0.39 MPa and 0.38 MPa, 0.22 MPa, 0.25 MPa and 0.32 MPa respectively, the tensile strength increased about 0.30 MPa and 0.27 MPa, and elongation at break increased about 2.8% and 3.6%, the minimum and maximum torques increased about 0.047 dN·m and 0.048 dN·m, 0.137 dN·m and 0.123 dN·m, vulcanization time as t 25 , t 50 and t 90 were prolonged about 0.11 min and 0.13 min, 0.10 min, 0.15 min and 0.19 min respectively.
