摘要
茶树花产量丰富,含有大量的氨基酸、茶多糖、茶多酚及蛋白质等生化成分,在抗氧化、消炎杀菌、抗肿瘤、降血糖、降血脂以及美白等方面具有突出作用。该文通过对茶树花保健功效及其开发利用现状进行综述,以期进一步推动茶树花资源的深入研究和开发利用。
As a reproductive organ of tea plant,tea flower has abundant yield and contains a lange number of biochemical components,such as amino acids,tea polysaccharides,tea polyphenols and proteins.Tea flower plays a prominent role in anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation,sterilization,anti-cancer,hypoglycemia,hypoglycemia and whitening.In order to further promote the further research,development and utilization of tea flower resources,this paper summarized the health effects of tea flower and this current situation of development and utilization.
