摘要
目前,我国社会主要矛盾出现了变化,社会主义法治建设加强了对农村治理法治化的重视程度,农民对于民主、公平、正义以及法治的要求不断提升。我国在农村振兴战略的实施过程中,乡村社会治理法治化的诉求也在持续高涨,但是农村已然成了社会治理法治化的空白区域以及难点地区。为此,本文系统地阐述了农村振兴背景下乡村社会治理法治化中存在的问题,并且提出了有针对性的建议,希望能够为乡村社会治理法治化建设提供指导,推动农村的发展,实现农村和谐社会目标的构建。
At present,the main contradictions in China’s society have changed.The construction of socialist rule by law has strengthened the emphasis on the rule by law in rural governance.Farmers’demands for democracy,fairness,justice and the rule by law have been continuously improved.In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the demands of the rules by law of rural social governance have also continued to rise,but the rural areas have become a blank area and a difficult area for the rule of social governance.To this end,this paper systematically expounds the problems existing in the rules by law of rural social governance in the context of rural revitalization,and puts forward some targeted suggestions.It hopes to provide guidance for the rules by law of rural social governance,promote rural development,and achieve the goal of building a harmonious society in rural areas.
