摘要
构建中国特色教材体系,要坚持世界眼光与本土情怀的统一、知识体系与育人体系的统一、继承发展与改革创新的统一,要强化育人导向、质量意识、统筹协调、引进教材管理、教材修订、教材政治把关等,充分体现国家事权、利益关系、政策体系、行政运作的重大调整,要加强统一领导、完善规章制度、健全运行机制、加强科学研究、建设高素质专业化队伍以及提高经费保障水平等。
To establish the textbook system with Chinese characteristics, it is supposed to integrate the relationships between world visions and native traditions, between knowledge categorizations and education classifications, and between historical heritages and developmental innovations. In addition, it is connoted to strengthen the orientation of education, the consciousness of quality, the overall coordination, the supervision of imported textbooks, the revision of textbooks, and the review of the politics in textbooks. From these directions, significant adjustments of state power,stakeholders’ appeal, policy construction, and administrative operation could be unequivocally found. To achieve the purposes, it is required to enhance the unified leadership, to improve the rules and regulations, to perfect the working mechanism, to consolidate the scientific investigations, to build teams of high quality professionals, and to raise levels of relevant funds.
