摘要
以涤/棉混纺织物和涤/棉/不锈钢纤维混纺织物为试样,进行镀镍整理,并对织物的表面形态、电磁防护性能、导电性能、镀层与织物结合牢度及服用性能进行测试。结果表明:随着织物增重率增加,两种织物的屏蔽效能和导电性能都增强,且含有不锈钢纤维的织物的电磁防护性能更佳,其屏蔽效能为46.96 dB;经镀镍整理后,织物的透气性、悬垂性有所下降,断裂强力和硬挺度有所提高。
Polyester/cotton blended fabrics and polyester/cotton/stainless steel fiber blended fabrics were used as samples to be finished by nickel plating,and then the coating surface morphology,electromagnetic protection performance,conductivity,fastness between coating and fabric and wearability of the fabrics were tested.The results showed that,as the weight gain rate of the fabrics increased,the shielding effectiveness and conductivity of the fabrics were enhanced,and the electromagnetic protection performance of the fabric containing stainless steel fibers was better,whose shielding effectiveness was 46.96 dB.After being finished by the nickel plating,the air permeability and drapability of the fabrics decreased,while the breaking strength and stiffness of the fabrics increased.
