摘要
综合考虑运营过程、资源利用、市场及财务、环境等绩效,构建了石化企业绿色供应链实施绩效评价指标体系,并给出了基于改进Fuzzy-AHP的评价过程模型,方法可行且易于操作,为石化企业绿色供应链管理提供了决策支持。
Chemical industry green supply chain performance evaluation index which includes operation performance,resource utilization performance,market and financial performance,andenvironment performance,and the evaluation model based on improved Fuzzy-AHP was given.It is feasible and Operational,and it also provides reference and guidance for the chemical industry green supply chain management.
