摘要
竹子是壁薄中空的圆锥体,个体间尺寸差异较大,不同尺寸、不同材性的竹子混用会降低竹材利用率,为了使材料各尽其用,对于竹秆尺寸和圆竹分级的研究是必要的。笔者调查了浙江新昌毛竹竹秆的秆形参数和圆竹的尺寸参数,包括竹秆的胸径、枝下径、枝下高、全竹高、圆竹的壁厚、围径等,并计算尖削度。结果发现:竹秆的胸径与枝下高、全高、枝下径等具有较好相关性,并以胸径为竹秆的分级指标,以0.5 cm为分级模数,将竹秆分为9级,其中胸径9.5~11.5 cm为主径级区。对圆竹的尺寸进行统计得到,以1 m为截断长度时,以壁厚为分级指标,第Ⅰ段圆竹的壁厚较多为11 mm,第Ⅱ和第Ⅲ段以9 mm居多,第Ⅳ段以8 mm为主,第Ⅴ、Ⅵ、Ⅶ段之间没有较大差别,集中在7 mm左右。不同分段之间的壁厚差异显著,不同壁厚等级的围径范围有所交叉。在后续使用中,可根据用途不同再增加合适的分级指标。
Bamboo has been used for many applications,from a food source to structure and building materials.Many manufacturers have seen all the products that can be made from this highly renewable resource and have begun to utilize bamboo in numerous creative ways.Bamboo is a hollow cone cylinder with thin wall and the size of bamboo varies greatly among individuals.Mixing use of bamboo with different sizes and properties will reduce the utilization rate of bamboo.In order to make the best use of bamboo materials,it is necessary to investigate the size distribution of bamboo pole and the classification of round bamboo.Clum parameters and round bamboo parameters of moso bamboo in Xinchang,Zhejiang Province,including the diameter at breast height,under branch diameter,under branch height,bamboo height,wall thickness,diameter and clum taper,were investigated in this paper.The results showed that the diameter at breast height was correlated with under branch diameter,under branch height and bamboo height.The diameter at breast height was taken as the classification index and 0.5 cm as the classification interval.The bamboo pole was divided into 9 grades,of which,9.5-11.5 cm was the main diameter section.According to the size of round bamboo,taking 1 m as truncation length,wall thickness was used as a grading index.The first section of the wall thickness mainly focused on 11 mm,the second and third sections were 9 mm,the fourth section was 8 mm;there was no significant differences among the fifth,sixth and seventh sections,which were concentrated around 7 mm.The differences of wall thickness among different bamboo segments were significant,and the diameter ranges of different wall thickness grades were crossed.In subsequent applications,appropriate grading indicators can be added according to different use areas.
