中药内服外用预防胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者静脉血栓栓塞症的临床应用被引量：1

摘要目的探讨桃红四物汤口服联合祛风通络散沐足预防胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤(spinal cord injury, SCI)患者静脉血栓栓塞症(venous thromboembolism, VTE)的临床疗效。方法选取胸腰椎骨折伴SCI患者70例,随机分为实验组和对照组,各35例。对照组予常规静脉血栓预防措施,实验组加用桃红四物汤口服及祛风通络散沐足,观察7天后D-二聚体、双下肢静脉彩超结果。结果实验组D-二聚体水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。彩超提示实验组股静脉血流速度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),对照组发生VET 2例,实验组无VET发生。结论桃红四物汤口服联合祛风通络散沐足的中药内服外用方法预防胸腰椎骨折伴脊髓损伤患者静脉血栓栓塞症的疗效确切。
