摘要
随着代谢组学和微生物分析研究的日益进展,越来越多的研究表明,肠道菌群微生态与慢性肾功能不全(chronic Renal iusufficiency,CRF)具有相互影响的关系,本文主要对肠道和肾脏之间的复杂关系做一综述,讨论CRF中的肠道细菌代谢以及对肠屏障、肠道相关炎症和细菌易位过程的影响,并通过益生元和益生菌的新型治疗策略,总结肠道菌群调节对CRF患者的潜在治疗作用。
With the development of metabolomics and microbiological analysis, more and more studies have shown that the intestinal microbiota and Chronic Renal iusufficiency (CRF) have an interrelated relationship. This article mainly reviews the complex relationship between the intestines and kidneys,discusses the intestinal bacterial metabolism and its effects on the intestinal barrier, intestinal inflammation, and bacterial translocation processes, and through therapeutic strategies for prebiotics and probiotics to summarize the potential therapeutic effects of modulating intestinal flora in patients with CRF.
