摘要
电网中渗透率日益提高的电动汽车蕴含着巨大的可调度潜力,对其进行准确的评估能够为电网调度机构制定调峰调频计划提供指导。鉴于此,该文引入恒流-恒压二阶段变功率模型以准确描述电动汽车充、放电过程,提出了计及调度-用户两侧差异化需求的可调度潜力评估方法,综合考虑调度的持续时间和用户出行的需求,计算电动汽车的最优充、放电调度阈值。然后构建配电网电动汽车可调度潜力评估模型,基于配电网电动汽车日常运行数据,评估得到同时满足调度机构和用户要求的规模化电动汽车可调度潜力。最后,通过仿真算例验证模型的有效性。
With the increasing penetration of electric vehicles (EVs) that has enormous scheduling potentials,it is val-uable to accurately predicate and evaluate the scheduling potential of dispatchers since it can provide guidance for power grid dispatching agencies to formulate peak shaving and frequency modulation plans.In view of this,this paper in-troduces a two-stage variable power model with a constant current-constant voltage to accurately describe the charging and discharging process of electric vehicles (EV).Besides,a schedulable potential evaluation method is proposed via taking into account the different requirements of dispatchers and users.Then,considering dispatch durations and us-ers demands,the optimal discharging and charging threshold of EVs is calculated.Finally,the schedulable potential evaluation model of EVs is constructed in the distribution network.According to the daily operation data of EVs,the schedulable potential of large-scale EVs that meet the needs of dispatchers and users is evaluated.Finally,the effectiveness of the model is verified by numerical examples.
