摘要 基于变密度法对混凝土泵车一臂进行拓扑优化,依据拓扑优化的结果,在保证臂架制造的工艺性和安全性情况下,设计减重孔对臂架进行三维重构,并采用离散变量尺寸优化得到合理和实用的臂架各板厚参数.通过对优化后的新型轻量化臂架一臂进行水平工况静态校核、稳定性校核及结构应力试验,实验结果表明:拓扑优化设计方法可以在保证结构的静态安全性的前提下减轻泵车臂架质量,为混凝土泵车整体轻量化设计提供了重要的设计依据. Topological optimization of concrete pump truck one-boom based on the method of variable density.Based on the results of the topological optimization and under the conditions of guaranteeing the craftwork and safety of the boom manufacturing,the weight reduction hole is designed to reconstruct the three-dimensional of the boom,and using discrete variables results in reasonable and practical parameters for each thickness of the boom,and the statically calibrated,statically calibrated and structural stress tests is performed on the optimized new lightweight one boom.The results show that the topological optimization design method can reduce the quality of the pump boom on the premise of ensuring the static safety of the structure,and provides an important design basis for the overall lightweight design of the concrete pump truck.
