摘要
针对偏导射流式压力伺服阀运动控制精度较低问题,采用双模糊控制器,对控制效果进行了仿真验证.创建偏导式压力伺服阀模型简图,结合具体实例介绍压力伺服阀工作原理,给出活塞运动方程式.设计变论域双模糊控制算法,第1模糊控制器用于输入负载反馈,第2模糊控制器用于输入误差反馈,适合不同负载的控制方法.采用Matlab软件对偏导射流式压力伺服阀控制精度进行仿真,并与PID控制器进行比较.结果表明:双模糊控制误差不受负载力的影响,误差波动幅度较小;PID控制误差随着负载力的增大而增大,误差波动幅度较大.采用双模糊控制器,能够抑制外界负载力的干扰,提高偏导射流式压力伺服阀控制精度.
Aiming at the low accuracy of the motion control system of the partial guided jet pressure servo valve,the double fuzzy controller is adopted,and the control effect is simulated and verified.The model diagram of the partial guide pressure servo valve is established,and the working principle of the pressure servo valve is introduced with specific examples,and the piston motion equation is derived.A variable domain dual fuzzy control algorithm is designed.The first fuzzy controller is used for input load feedback,and the second fuzzy controller is used for input error feedback,which is suitable for different load control methods.The Matlab software is used to simulate the control precision of the deflector jet pressure servo valve,and is compared with the PID controller.The results show that the error of the double fuzzy control is not affected by the load force,and the amplitude of the error fluctuation is small;the PID control error increases with the increase of the load force,and the amplitude of the error fluctuates greatly.The double fuzzy controller can restrain the disturbance of external load and improve the control precision of the jet pressure servo valve.
