摘要
为明确在低温弱光下茄子叶片腐胺、亚精胺、精胺等内源激素质量分数的变化规律,选取6个不同茄子品系,进行低温弱光处理,前2d白天15℃,夜间10℃;后10d白天10℃,夜间7℃,设常温对照(日间8:00~17:00保持25℃,夜间17:00~8:00保持18℃)。结果表明,在常温下各材料内源激素的叶片多胺质量分数差异不显著,腐胺质量分数在57.197~63.194ng·g^-1之间,亚精胺质量分数在3.656~4.459ng·g^-1之间,精胺质量分数在11.752~12.480ng·g^-1之间。经低温处理后差异显著,腐胺、亚精胺质量分数上升,精胺质量分数下降。相关性分析发现,茄子幼苗耐低温性与处理后的腐胺、亚精胺、精胺质量分数均呈显著正相关,可以用上述指标鉴定茄子耐低温弱光性。
In order to investigate change law of characters such as the chilling tolerance, Put mass fraction, Spd mass fraction, Spm mass fraction under low temperature stress, 6 eggplant strains were carried out under low-temperature and weak light treatments,15/10 ℃ in day/night for 2 days,10/7 ℃ in day/night for 10 days. The results indicated that there was no obvious difference for all endogenous hormones at normal temperature, the Put mass fraction was between 57.197 and 63.194 ng·g ^-1 , and the Spd mass fraction was between 3.656 and 4.459 ng·g^-1 . Spm mass fraction was between 11.752 and 12.480 ng·g^-1 . However, there was obvious difference for all characters at low temperature. Put mass fraction and Spd mass fraction increased, while Spm mass fraction decreased. Correlation analysis showed that chilling tolerance was obvious positive partial correlation with polyamine mass fraction, the above indicators can be used to identify the low temperature and weak light resistance of eggplant.
