摘要
目的探讨ISBAR沟通模式在妇产科病房交接班中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6~11月在该中心肿瘤妇科乳腺外科治疗的患者615例作为研究对象,根据是否采用ISBAR交接班模式分为ISBAR组和对照组。观察责任护士对患者病情的掌握情况,医生、患者对护理工作满意度及护士对交接班模式的满意度情况,患者住院期间责任护士发生的不良事件,患者住院时间、住院费用及责任护士的交接班时间。结果ISBAR组患者的责任护士对患者病情的诊断、首要护理问题、简要病情、异常化验结果、本班关注点评分、对患者病情掌握总分,责任医生、患者对护理工作满意度评分及护士对交接班模式的满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05),ISBAR组患者责任护士在患者护理期间的调查报告、科室报告、投诉(院级)及不良事件总情况的发生率、患者住院时间、住院费用及责任护士交接班时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论实施ISBAR沟通模式可提高交接班护士的信息传递效率和准确率,可有效提高医生、患者对护理工作的满意度,提高护理质量。
Objective To explore the effect of ISBAR communication mode in the transfer of obstetrics and gynecology ward.Methods A total of 615 patients who received surgical treatment for gynecologic breast cancer at the center from June to November 2017 were selected as research objects.Patients were divided into ISBAR group and control group according to whether ISBAR succession mode was adopted.The master of the patient's condition,the satisfaction of the doctors and patients with the nursing work and the satisfaction of the nurses with the shift pattern,the adverse events occurred by the primary nurse during the hospitalization,the length of hospitalization and the cost of hospitalization,and the shift time of the primary nurse were observed.Results In the ISBAR group,responsible nurses'diagnosis of patients'conditions,primary nursing problems,brief conditions,abnormal laboratory results,focus score of the class,and total score of patients'conditions were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The investigation report,department report,complaint(hospital level)and overall incidence of adverse events,length of stay,hospitalization expense and shift time of primary nurses in ISBAR group were all lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of ISBAR communication mode can improve the information transfer efficiency and accuracy of nurses on the shift,effectively improve the satisfaction of doctors and patients with nursing work,and improve the quality of nursing.
