摘要
目的:了解泰州市各地区中学生体内元素排泄量,间接了解该群体各元素暴露水平,为中学生的健康监测提供科学依据。方法:采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取泰州地区11所学校共445名中学生作为研究对象,以聚乙烯塑料瓶采集其晨尿,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)同时测定尿液中18种元素。结果:所采集的尿样中,铍、镉、铊元素未检出,硅、钙元素平均值均大于100000μg/L,硼、锌、铁元素平均值分别为8145μg/L、5321μg/L、2190μg/L,锶、钼元素平均值大于1000μg/L,硒、砷、锂、锡元素平均值依次为300μg/L、291μg/L、225μg/L、106μg/L,铜、锰、钡、铅元素平均值分别为75μg/L、33μg/L、30μg/L、12μg/L。其中铅元素小于检出限的人数占30%,大于100μg/L共有3人,最高值为491μg/L,需要调查暴露原因。结论:尿液中人体必需营养元素钙较高,微量元素硅、锌、铁、钼、硒、砷、锶均不缺乏,个别学生尿液中锰、铜、锡、钡小于检出限,需要调查原因进行健康干预。
Objective:To find out the excretion of elements in junior middle students, and understand the exposure level of elements in this group indirectly, scientific basis was provided for health-monitoring of junior middle students. Methods:An analytic method by Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry(ICP-MS) was developed for the simultaneous determination of 18 kinds of elements in urine, total 445 morning urine samples from 11 junior middle schools in Taizhou by stratified random sampling were collected by polyethylene plastic bottles. Results:In the collected urine samples, the elements of beryllium、cadmium and thallium were not detected, the average values of silicon and calcium elements were greater than 100000 μg/L, the average values of born、zinc and iron were8145 μg/L、5321 μg/L and 2190 μg/L respectively, the average values of strontium and molybdenum were greater than 1000 μg/L, the average values of selenium、arsenic、lithium、stannum、copper、manganese、barium and plumbum were300 μg/L、291 μg/L、225 μg/L、106 μg/L、75 μg/L、33 μg/L、30 μg/L and 12 μg/L respectively. The concentrations of plumbum in urine from 3 students were greater than 100 μg/L, the highest concentration of plumbum among this urine samples was 491 μg/L, needing to investigate the reason of exposure.Conclusion:In the urine samples, the concentrations of essential element calcium were higher, the trace elements such as silicon、zinc、iron、molybdenum、selenium、arsenic and strontium didn’t lack, the concentrations of manganese、copper、stannum and barium in some students were less than the detection limit, needing health intervention after investigation.
