摘要
为了解决碱性蓄电池电解液中碳酸盐人工检测时存在的误差大、效率低等问题,设计了一种碱性蓄电池电解液碳酸盐检测系统。该系统采用PLC控制器,利用电位滴定原理向电解液中加入盐酸,实时检测电解液的pH值变化情况,实现了碱性蓄电池电解液碳酸盐含量的自动检测。为了验证该系统的性能和精度,采用不同浓度的碳酸钾溶液进行了对比测试。测试结果表明,系统能够自动计算并记录检测结果,相较于现有技术(人工检测),能够有效地节约人力资源,提高检测效率,且检测精度较高。
In order to solve the problems of great error and low efficiency in the manual detection of carbonate content in the alkaline battery electrolyte,a carbonate detection system for alkaline battery electrolyte is designed. This system uses PLC controller and the principle of potentiometric titration,based on which hydrochloric acid is added to the electrolyte,and the change of pH value for the electrolyte is detected in real time,realizing the automatic detection of carbonate content of alkaline battery electrolyte. In order to verify performance and precision of the system,comparative tests were carried out using different concentrations of potassium carbonate solution. The test results show that the system can calculate and record test results automatically. Compared with the existing technology namely artificial detection,this system can save human resources effectively and improve the efficiency of detection,also,it has higher detection precision.
