摘要
结合蒙古国既有铁路运输运营情况、运量预测、功能定位等因素,采用定性与定量相结合的方法,对拟建蒙古国北部矿区铁路的主要技术标准(项目等级、轴重、速度目标值及最小曲线半径、限制坡度等)进行研究,对双机牵引9000t/9‰的限坡方案,双机牵引6000t/12‰的限坡方案,双机牵引9000t/9‰、局部三机12‰的限坡方案,双机牵引9000t/9‰、9000t/18‰均衡坡的限坡方案进行比较分析;在机车类型选择方面,对HXN、GEEvolution及DF4D系列机车进行了对比研究。提出的主要技术标准为:单线铁路,轨距为1520mm,平面最小曲线半径为800m,双机牵引9000t,限制坡度为9‰,HXN系列机车。
Main railway technical standards not only affect the railway transport capacity and efficiency,but also have an important impact on the scale of engineering investment and economic benefits.Based on northern Mongolia mine railway as an example,combined with transport and operation situations,freight volume forecast and function location of existing railways in the host country,this paper analysis the main technique standards for choice,such as project grade,axle load,speed target value,the minimum curve radius and limiting gradient;then a comprehensive comparative analysis,focusing on the minimum plane curve radius of broad gauge railway track,longitudinal plane limiting slope and locomotive type selection is carried out,and the technical standards for the project are determined.The conclusions are as follows:it would be a single-track railway,the gauge is 1520 mm,the minimum curve radius of the plane is 800 m,the double locomotive traction weight is 9000 t,the limiting slope is 9‰,and the locomotive type is HXN series.
