某高速铁路隧道衬砌缺陷整治方案研究 被引量:14

摘要 为研究隧道衬砌缺陷的治理措施,以某既有高速铁路隧道为背景,对隧道衬砌缺陷部位进行无损检测和缺陷分析。通过检测发现,因施工控制问题引起的缺陷主要有:二次衬砌厚度不足、二衬内为单层钢筋或钢筋缺失、混凝土衬砌强度不足、二次衬砌与初期支护之间存在空洞、防水板切割二衬混凝土、混凝土表面存在环向裂缝等。通过分析研究,确定了钢筋混凝土套衬补强整治方案,并通过数值模拟计算的方法得到钢筋混凝土套衬结构的安全系数为2.8,裂缝宽度为0.107mm,满足行车安全需求。实践证明,这种钢筋混凝土套衬整治方法使用范围广,施工过程中对既有二衬的强度影响小,可在不中断线路运营的情况下,对隧道进行整治。 To study the remediation measures of tunnel lining defects,taking an existing high-speed railway tunnel as back ground,nondestructive inspection and defect analysis were taken on the tunnel lining. Through the inspection,it is found that the main defects caused by construction control problems are as follows: insufficient thickness of secondary lining,single layer steel bar or steel bar missing inside the secondary lining,insufficient strength of concrete lining,a cavity existing between the secondary lining and the initial support,waterproof board cutting secondary lining concrete,and circumferential cracks on the surface of concrete,etc. Through analysis and research,the remediation plan using reinforced concrete lining is determined,and the safety factor of reinforced concrete bushing structure is 2. 8 and the crack width is 0. 107 mm by numerical simulation,which meets the traffic safety requirements. Practice has proved that this remediation method of reinforced concrete bushing structure is widely used,and has little influence in the construction process on the strength of the existing second lining. Thus the tunnel can be renovated without interrupting the operation of the line.
