摘要
为研究不同地基处理措施对路基帮宽附加沉降的影响,依托工程实际,运用有限元仿真技术和简化复合模量法,对既有无砟铁路路基处理方案进行研究,计算不同地基处理措施下的既有路基附加沉降值。研究表明:两种方案的附加沉降值在6.8~10.3mm之间,采用“钻孔灌注桩+钢筋混凝土板”的沉降计算值较“预应力混凝土管桩+钢筋混凝土筏板”小2.5mm左右,产生的附加沉降均可通过扣件进行调整。另一方面,施工过程中应加强实时动态监测,尽量避免大型笨重施工设备在既有线附近停留。
In order to study the effect of different ground treatment measures on the additional settlement of the subgrade widen construct,relying on the actual project and using finite element simulation technology and simplified composite modulus method,this paper studies the existing roadbed treatment scheme for unballasted track,and calculates the additional settlement value of existing subgrade under different ground treatment measures. Research shows: the additional settlement values of the two schemes are between 6. 8 to 10. 3 mm,and the calculation value of settlement using“bored pile+reinforced concrete slab”is about 2. 5 mm smaller than “prestressed concrete pipe pile + reinforced concrete raft plate”. Additional settlement generated can be adjusted by track fastener. On the other hand,real-time dynamic monitoring should be strengthened during the construction process,trying to avoid large and bulky construction equipment staying near the existing railway.
