摘要
CRTSⅠ型双块式无砟轨道智能精调技术集自动测量系统、智能控制系统、智能精调执行系统和计算机数据处理等技术于一体,通过在精调机上设计安装驱动电机,解决了精调机器人在轨排上的自动行走;通过在精调机底部设计安装电动液压推杆及在其两端设计安装棱镜杆和精密棱镜,解决了精调机器人的定位、轨排测定和轨距变化率获取;通过在精调机上设计安装机械臂,机械臂上安装伺服电机和万向转接器,以及在精调机上安装工控系统软件,实现了轨排支撑架调节螺杆的自动锁定,可自动调整轨排的轨向和高程;通过内外嵌套式轨排支撑架,实现了精调机器人对轨排轨向和竖向的同时调整;通过无线传输技术,解决了全站仪、精调机器人及后台管理系统之间的数据实时传输。该精调机器人的作业效率为每天300m(为传统方法2倍以上),且测量精度不受人为影响。
This paper features the intelligent fine-tuning system of CRTS I double-block ballast-less track,a technology that integrates automatic measurement subsystem,intelligent control subsystem,intelligent finetuning execution subsystem and computer data processing. Electrical motors are installed on the fine-tuning machine to drive the robot moving along the rail;electron-hydraulic rod is embedded into the bottom of the fine-tuning machine,and prism rod and precision prism are attached at both ends thereof to accurately locate the robot,and to measure the gauge and gauge change rate of the rails;robotic arms ( with servomotor and universal adapter) are mounted on the fine-tuning machine,under the command of industrial control system software,to give the robot the power to automatically lock the screws of rail row support frame,and to automatically adjust the rail direction and elevation of the rail row;through the design of the inner and outer nested rail support frame,the fine-tuning robot can adjust the rail direction and vertical direction simultaneously without affecting each other;while through wireless transmission technology,real-time data transmission among total station,fine-tuning robot and backstage management system is solved. The efficient and smart auto fine-tuning in ballast-less track construction is thus realized. The operation efficiency of the fine-tuning robot has been proved onsite to be 300 m per day,which is more than twice that of the traditional method,meanwhile the measurement accuracy is more reliable,not being affected by human factors.
