摘要
分析因装配平面倾斜而引起的零件旋转问题,通过公式推导及仿真验证,结果证明,采用一维线性极值算法的尺寸链分析具有很大的局限性。考虑方向公差的重要性,针对悬臂式设计的零件,以某机型进气管为例,证明忽略方向公差导致分析出的偏差比实际小,可能造成后续零件难以装配及零件断裂等故障,为零件的合理设计提供理论依据。
The method of one-dimensional linear extremum algorithm to solve dimensional chain is demonstrated to be limited through formula derivation and simulation, based on the analysis of the component rotation caused by the tilt of the assembly plane. It is important to consider the direction tolerance while designing cantilever parts. Taking the intake pipe of a certain type of engine as an example, the deviation of the simulated analysis without the direction tolerance is proved to be smaller than the actual deviation, which may bring about problems such as conflict in assembling process and components breakage. This can provide theoretical basis for rational design.
