摘要
现浇混凝土空心楼盖是一种新型混凝土楼盖技术,填充体作为这种楼盖的核心组成部分,其材料、形状、性能特点都对所形成的空心楼盖质量有着重要影响。本文系统介绍了空心楼盖填充体的材料性能要求和尺寸要求,同时对目前在工程中常用的填充体的性能特点进行了对比分析,提出了一种填充体的优选方法,即实际选择填充体时,主要考虑方向不应是其力学性能,而应朝着空心率大、重量轻、施工安装方便、不易破损、环保、防火和不损害工程结构质量的方向考虑。
The cast-in-place concrete hollow floor is a new type of concrete floor technology. The filling body is the core component of this kind of concrete floor. Its material, shape and performance characteristics have important influence on the quality of theformed hollow floor.The paper systematically introduces the material performance requirements and dimensional requirements of the hollow floor filling body. At the same time,the performance characteristics of the filling body commonly used in engineering are compared and analyzed. A preferred method of filling body is proposed, that is when selecting the actual filling body the main consideration should not be its mechanical properties, but should select in the direction that large hollow ratio, light weight, convenient construction and installation, not easy to break, environmental protection, fire prevention and without compromising the quality of the engineering structure.
