摘要
本文通过对内蒙古某金属矿应用大型深锥膏体浓密机进行尾矿沉降试验,主要考察不同矿浆浓度、pH以及絮凝剂用量对尾矿沉降速度的影响。通过对这些因素优化实现了生产连续稳定运行,确保尾矿排放浓度能够达到膏体排放的标准,解决了当地水资源十分缺乏,生产用水成本高等难题。
In this paper,the tailings settling test of a metal mine in Inner Mongolia was carried out by using a large deep cone paste thickener.The effects of different pulp concentration,pH and flocculant dosage on the settling speed of tailings were investigated.By optimizing these factors,the continuous and stable operation of production is realized,and the discharge concentration of tailings can meet the standard of paste discharge.The problem of lack of local water resources and high cost of production water is solved.
