摘要
随着目前教育教学行业的不断快速发展,师范专业教育也得以较快发展,并且在培养师范专业学生方面发挥着不可替代的作用。在师范专业学生教学及人才培养过程中,学生教育技能的培养属于重要内容,也是比较关键的一点,因而选择有效方法培养师范生教学技能具有重要作用及意义。文章主要就师范生教学技能培养的方法体系构建进行分析,从而为师范生教学技能培养提供更好的依据及支持。
With the rapid development of education and teaching industry, normal education has developed rapidly, and plays an irreplaceable role in training normal students. In the course of teaching and personnel training of normal students, the training of students 'educational skills is an important content, and it is also a key point. Therefore, it is important and meaningful to choose effective methods to cultivate normal students' teaching skills. This article mainly analyzes the construction of the method system of teaching skills training for normal students, so as to provide a better basis and support for teaching skills training for normal students.
