摘要
高校学生组织队伍是开展学生工作开展实施的重要力量,基于马斯洛需求层次理论,分析高校学生组织队伍构建中存在的问题,以及问题存在的原因,提出相应的解决方法,更好地实现高校学生组织队伍的可持续化发展。
The college student organization team is an important force to carry out the implementation of student work. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction of college students' organizational team and the causes of these problems, then proposes corresponding solutions to better realize the sustainable construction of college student organization team.
