摘要
根据当下仓储式物流搬运趋向自动化的需求,以及人力劳动成本日渐提高的问题,利用舵机和电机同步驱动,齿轮齿条机构配合传动,研发了一台可遥控、自动装卸货的智能遥控搬运小车。利用Soliworks对该装置进行结构模型的设计,使用ADAMS软件对总体结构进行运动学仿真,调节各结构参数,优化机器的结构设计。本装置通过stm32控制端的蓝牙信号通道,实现小车的运动路径设计和货物搬运工作。研究的结果验证了本设计装置具有实际的可行性,对仓储式物流搬运机器人研究提供了一定参考。
In order to arrode the need of automation in godown logistics and resolve the problem of high labor cost,this paper excogitate an telecontrol intellectual mover which can carry goods of itself by the synchrony both of azimuth stabilizer and electromotor and the stnchromesh of gear wheel and spline.Using Soliworks to design the mode of this machine and analyzing the whole structure with ADAMS to improve the structure design.With the Bluetooth of the stm32 ,make the mover’s path design and automatizing things transport fulfilled.The conclusion indicstes that this structure is practicable which can be the reference of the development in intellectual telecontrol logistics robots.
