摘要 本文在分析联合收获机清选装置的基础上,依据相似性原理对联合收获机清选装置试验平台进行微缩设计。对单风道双振动筛结构,选取该结构的清选装置,通过相似原理中的尺寸相似,对其进行微缩设计。根据气流速度与所需风量的关系,给出微缩设计相似比的合理范围,权衡试验平台轻量化和清选量,选定相似比确定清选装置相关几何参数,再利用三维设计软件对微缩清选装置的进行实体造型设计。研究将为联合收获机清选装置微缩试验平台研制提供初步的技术资料。 in the analysis of the cleaning device of the combine harvester, the test platform of the cleaning device of the combine harvester is designed according to the similarity principle. For the single air duct and double vibrating screen structure, the cleaning device of the structure is selected, and the micro-scale design is carried out through the similar size in the similarity principle. According to the relationship between the airflow velocity and the required air volume, the reasonable range of the similarity ratio of the microscale design is given, the lightweight and the cleaning quantity of the test platform are weighed, and the geometric parameters of the cleaning device are determined by selecting the similarity ratio. Then the solid modeling design of the micro-cleaning device is carried out by using three-dimensional design software. The research will provide for the development of microscale test platform for cleaning device of combine harvester. Preliminary technical information.
