摘要
建筑工程项目的造价管理直接关系着建筑企业的经济效益,由于建筑工程项目在生产过程中难免会由于各种原因而导致工程造价超预算的现象而影响企业的经济效益,因此,必须要明确工程造价超预算的原因并进行合理控制,促进建筑企业的持续稳定发展。
The cost management of construction engineering project is directly related to the economic benefit of construction enterprises. Because the construction project will inevitably lead to the phenomenon that the project cost exceeds the budget due to various reasons in the production process, which will affect the economic benefits of enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to clear the cause of the over-budget of the project cost and to carry out the reasonable control, so as to promote the sustainable and stable development of the construction enterprises.
