摘要
非单向流洁净室需供给足够的洁净风量,以稀释和排走在操作及工艺过程产生的尘埃,从而维持洁净室所要求的洁净度,所以送风量的合理确定是洁净室工程设计的重要环节。目前国内常见的理论计算式中虽然包括了一些相关制约因素,可作为定性分析的参考,但在实际工程设计中难于运用。多年来ISO 5级以下的洁净室一般都是依据相关技术指南及工程经验按常规换气次数取值。几十年来国内数以百万平米计的洁净室工程实践证明,这些用于设计的经验数值是实用和可信的。特别指出以国内常见的理论计算式来否定早期国外学者所推导的简约理论式有欠妥当。通过一些例题对相关问题进行了讨论。
Sufficient ventilation air volume supply for the purpose of diluting and removing dust is essential for the maintenance of the cleanliness in non-unidirectional airflow cleanroom. Therefore calculation of the volume of ventilation air supply is one of the key points in cleanroom design. Although the theoretical formulas currently at home have already had relative constraints concerned and can be the reference of qualitative analysis, they are usually difficult to be applied in practical engineering contracts. The ventilation volume of cleanroom under ISO 5 class is usually determined by common air exchange rate according to relative technical guidance or project experiences for years. This has been proved credible and practical through millions square meters of cleanroom constructed at home in the last few decades. The denial of the concise formula derivated by early foreign scholars based on domestic formula is especially non-appropriate. In this paper, some relative issues are discussed through examples.
