摘要
通过研究分析纤维增强复合材料的性能,同时结合国内外转向架相关纤维增强复合材料零部件的开发应用,从成本、设计方法、关键技术等方面就纤维增强复合材料在转向架上的应用进行探讨,并提出设计可行性建议指导后续纤维增强复合材料转向架的设计工作,推动我国新材料转向架的快速发展,提高国际竞争力。
Based on the application analysis of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP) on railway vehicle bogies abroad and the performance of FRP,the paper discusses the application of CFRP in the bogie from the cost,design method and key technologies and submits the proposes about how to use the CFRP in designing the bogies. The application of FRP in bogies can push the development of the new type bogie by using new material,and enhance the international competitiveness of domestic companies.
