摘要
网络文化作为一种以现代网络技术为支撑的新兴文化形态,在新时代社会主义文化的发展和传播中担负着重要使命。随着网络文化传播工作进入新时代,网络文化传播面临着新的伦理问题,表现为主体层面的自律性与合作性、内容层面的创新性与规范性、价值层面的人本性与公平性以及技术层面的科学性与安全性等方面诉求。基于对构建新时代网络文化传播体系工作的要素分析,应加快重建新时代网络文化传播保障、教育和治理体系,以更好地服务于新时代网络文化宣传工作。
As a new cultural form supported by modern network technology,network culture plays an important role in the development and dissemination of socialist culture in the new era. With the work of network culture communication entering the new era,the network culture communication faces new ethical issues in terms of self-discipline and cooperation at the subject level,innovation and normalization at the content level,human nature and fairness at the level of value,as well as scientificity and security at the technological level,etc. Based on the element analysis of the work of building a network culture transmission system in the new era,we believe that it is necessary to speed up the reconstruction of the network culture communication guarantee as well as education and governance system in the new era,so as to better serve the network culture propaganda work in new era.
