摘要
按照目前国际上的用电习惯和电源设计,电源频率分为50Hz和60Hz,电压也不同,主要有120V,208V,220V,230V和380V,对于出口家用电器来说,为了通用化和不同地区转卖,在设计上有时会将电源设计成多电压和多频率,在进行电气安全的相关测试时,按照国标GB4706和国际标准IEC60335要求,要在最不利的电压和频率下进行测试。本文针对多种电源参数的空调在不同供电电压和不同电源频率下,分别对定频压缩机、变频压缩机、直流电机、交流电机进行电气安全输入功率的测试,并对结果上存在的差异进行系统地分析研究,为空调电气安全的开发设计提供一些参考意见。
According to current international usage habits and power design, the frequency of power supply is 50 Hz and 60 Hz, and the voltage is different, which mainly includes 120 V, 208 V, 220 V, 230 V and 380 V. For exported household appliances, in order to universalize and resell in different areas, the power supply is sometimes designed as multi-voltage and multi-frequency. According to the national standard GB 4706 and the International standard IEC 60335, the related electrical safety tests should be conducted at the most disadvantageous voltages and frequencies. In this paper, the electrical safety input power of air conditioners with various power supply parameters is tested under different power supply voltage and frequency, respectively, for fixed frequency compressors, variable frequency compressors, DC motors and AC motors, and the differences in the results are systematically analyzed and researched, providing some reference for the development and design of air conditioning electrical safety.
