摘要
2014年青岛农业大学植物保护专业获批国家卓越农林人才教育培养计划复合应用型改革试点项目,以此项目建设为契机,明确了植保专业建设思路和目标,确立了"12345"人才培养模式实行分类培养,即1个理念(IPM)、2个类型(学术型、应用型)、3个环节(理论课、实践、双创)、4种能力(学习、思维、实践、创新)和5个保障(师资队伍、教学条件、教学方法、质控体系、配套制度)。通过这些系列改革措施,植物保护专业人才培养质量稳步提升。
Qingdao Agricultural University was funded by the interdisciplinary and application-oriented pilot reform project of the national training program for distinguished talent on agronomy and forestry. Based on the project, we defined the thinking and goal of development of plant protection spatiality. Then a talent training pattern named "12345" was established and carried out. The pattern consisted of one idea( IPM),two types of training mode(theory- oriented and application-oriented), three types of courses (theory, practice, innovation and entrepreneurship), four kind of ability (learning, thinking, practicing and innovating), and five kinds of guarantee measures (teachers, teaching conditions,teaching methods,quality control system and disciplines). The facts showed that these measures promoted the quality of talents training in plant protection spatiality.
