摘要
目的:观察氟比洛芬酯联合芬太尼超前镇痛用于无痛人流的临床疗效和患者舒适度。方法:利用抽签法将200例孕妇分成两组,每组100例。A组(对照组)采用芬太尼+丙泊酚复合静脉麻醉;B组(观察组)采用氟比洛芬酯+芬太尼+丙泊酚复合静脉麻醉。观察两组丙泊酚用量、清醒时间、术中体动例数,比较两组清醒即刻(T0)、清醒后10min(T1)、清醒后30min(T2)及清醒后1h(T3)的宫缩痛VAS评分。结果:与A组比较,B组丙泊酚用量少、清醒快,出现术中体动的患者例数较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);T1、T2、T3时刻B组疼痛较A组轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:氟比洛芬酯联合芬太尼超前镇痛用于无痛人流,麻醉平稳、清醒快,明显减轻术后宫缩痛,舒适度更高。
Objective:To observe the the clinical effectiveness of the preemptive analgesia of Flurbiprofen Axetila combined with fentanyl during painless induced abortion surgery.Methods:200 cases of pregnant women were adopted to divide into two groups by Random lottery form ,100 cases in each group:Group A (the control group):The Group A received fentanyl combined with propofol for anesthesia;Group B(the observation group): The Group B received Flurbiprofen Axetila combined with fentanyl and propofol for anesthesia.The dosages of propofol, awake time, cases of the body activity of all the pregnant women were recorded.The visual analogue score(VAS score)of both groups were observed and recorded at the time of awakening immediately(T0),10 minutes after awakening(T1),30 minutes after awakening(T2), 1 hour after awakening(T3).Results:Compared with Group A, the dosages of propofol, awake time, the cases of body activity in the Group B were reduced (P<0.05).The VAS score in the Group B were reduced at the time of T1、T2、T3(P<0.05). Conclusion:For the painless induced abortion surgery, as combined use of Flurbiprofen Axetila and fentanyl for the preemptive analgesia, can reduce the dosages of propofol and cases of the body activity, regaining consciousness is quick,anesthesia is smooth, The patients 'pain were alleviat, and improve comfort level.
