防治水灾害中巷道过断层破碎带注浆技术的应用与探讨 被引量:4

摘要 本文针对屯兰矿南翼8#煤胶带巷过断层破碎带防治水的工程,对巷道过断层破碎带的巷道掘进与防治水实际出发,运用现场观测、实地调研的方法分析了土地沟断层的水文地质情况,提出了"超前预注浆+‘U’型钢拱架+二次注浆"的巷道过断层破碎带综合防治水措施,并应用于屯兰矿南翼8#煤胶带巷的具体实践中,实践证明该方法有效控制了巷道涌水量,防止了巷道突水事故的发生,保证了该矿的安全高效生产。 In this paper, the engineering practice of preventing and controlling water in the coal seam belt under the fault of the south wing of a mine is carried out. The roadway tunneling and the prevention of water in the roadway through the fault zone are analyzed. The field observation and field investigation are used to analyze the fault of the land trench. In the hydrogeological situation, the comprehensive prevention and control measures for the roadway through fault fracture zone of"pre-pre-grouting +’U’-shaped steel arch + secondary grouting"were put forward, and applied to the concrete practice of the lower coal seam belt lane in the south wing of a mine. Practice has proved that this method effectively controls the water inflow in the roadway, prevents the occurrence of water inrush accidents in the roadway, and ensures the safe and efficient production of the mine.
