摘要
针对鞍钢鲅鱼圈7m焦炉烟气SO2排放指标偶有超标的情况,分析了焦炉烟气中SO2的主要来源,提出了降低焦炉煤气H2S含量、减少焦炉炉墙窜漏和控制异常生产状况下焦炉烟气SO2指标等方面的措施,实施后,焦炉烟气SO2排放指标能够控制在25mg/m^3以下,满足标准要求。
In allusion to the situation that the index for emission of SO2 in flue gas from the 7m coke oven in Bayuquan Branch of Ansteel was out of specifications occasionally, the main sources of SO2 in flue gas from the coke oven was analyzed. Then these measures such as reducing the amount of H2S in flue gas from the coke oven, decreasing the troubles of blowby along the wall of the coke oven and controlling the index of SO2 in flue gas in the state of abnormal production were proposed. After these measures were taken the index for emission of SO2 in flue gas could be controlled below 25 mg/m3 and could meet the requirements specified in standards.
