摘要
立德树人是大学核心价值所在,是办好人民满意教育的当务之急,其根本任务是端正“三观”、涵养德行、增强本领。目前立德树人面临传统信仰动摇、价值观念错位、法纪意识淡漠、师德示范削弱、德育方式僵化等主要困境与挑战,应通过强化党的建设以树优良作风、强化师风建设以树优良教风、强化制度建设以树优良学风、强化品牌建设以树育人新风等主要途径和措施构建全员、全过程、全方位立德树人大格局,使新时代大学立德树人工作能够有实招、落实处、获实效。
Moral establishment and people cultivation(MEPC)is the core value of the university yet the top priority to run the education satisfied by the people.Its basic tasks are to establish′three views′,cultivate morality and practice ability.At present,the MEPC is facing some challenges such as shaking of traditional beliefs,dislocation of values,indifference of legal consciousness,weakening of teachers morality and fossilization of moral education.Some main paths should be adopted as follows:developing a fine style of work by strengthening the CPC construction;establishing a good teaching style by strengthening the construction of teachers′style;building a good style of study by strengthening system construction;developing a new style of education by strengthening brand building etc.It is our purpose to build a big MEPC pattern with the whole staff,whole process and all-round in university for obtaining a great achievements in the MEPC.
