摘要
相较于传统大学而言,应用型大学较为外显的特征之一便是注重应用知识生产、推动成果转化,以此来突显自身服务社会的独特优势。实现科学研究由学术本位向应用本位转向,是应用型大学推动成果转化的一次重大制度创新;以学科调整作为切入点的大学内部机构改革,是应用型大学推动成果转化的第二步战略举措;打造“政产学研用”五位一体的合作平台,是应用型大学实现成果转化的组织保证;从发展战略高度招聘具有学术应用价值认同的教师,最终成就应用型大学学以致用的实用主义办学文化。
Compared with traditional universities, applied universities are explicitly characterized by an eagerness to promote achievement transformation so as to highlight the unique advantages of serving the society. The first step for applied universities of promoting the transformation is shifting from academic-oriented to application-oriented research. The second step is taking subject adjustment as a starting point to reform internal institutions of universities. The third step is creating a five in one cooperation platform for Government-Industry- University-Institution-Application. The final step is recruiting teachers with academic applicative values from the point of development strategy. Ultimately, the goal of forming the school culture of pragmatism of applied universities can be achieved.
