摘要
矿山钻井及矿物运输大量用到电机传动,电机运行的平稳性及快速响应性对于生产作业有着非常重要的影响。因此,针对电机控制问题,建立了电机物理模型,利用Simulink搭建传递函数模型,在此基础上,将PID控制模型与电机物理模型建立闭环控制,用阶跃信号作为系统输入,得到电机速度、扭矩、转角变化曲线。实验结果表明物理模型能够真实反映电机运行情况,电机响应速度满足需求。
Motor drive is widely used in mine drilling and mineral transportation.The stability and fast responsiveness of motor operation have a very important impact on production operations.Aiming at the problem of motor control,the physical model of motor is established,and the transfer function model is built by Simulink.On this basis,the closed-loop control is established between the PID control model and the physical model of the motor,and the step signal is used as the input of the system to obtain the speed,torque and rotation curve of the motor.The experimental results show that the physical model can reflect the real motor operation,and the response speed of the motor meets the requirements.
