摘要
文中基于菱形破片侵彻明胶试验数据,结合现有的球形破片侵彻明胶深度经验公式,采用仿真方法研究了菱形破片以不同速度、姿态角侵彻明胶作用过程,总结菱形破片翻转规律,得出菱形破片侵彻明胶深度经验公式。结果表明:该经验公式与仿真、试验结果均符合较好,侵彻深度相对误差小于15%,可以为菱形破片结构设计和快速预测菱形破片侵彻明胶深度提供参考依据。
Based on the test data of rhombic fragment penetrating gelatin, combined with the existing empirical formula of spherical fragment penetrating gelatin, the process of rhombic fragment penetrating gelatin is studied using the simulation method from the aspects of attitude angle and speed. The rule of rhombic fragment rolling in gelatin is summarized and the empirical formula of rhombic fragment penetrating gelatin is obtained. The results show that the empirical formula are in good agreement with simulation and experiment results, and the relative error of penetration depth is less than 15 %. The empirical formula can provide reference for the rhombic fragment structure design and rapid calculation of rhombic fragment penetrating gelatin depth.
