摘要
“城市双修”的概念提出之后,各界开始着手对城市进行“修补、改造、更新”。而城中村、城边村的空间与产业的置换不仅应满足城市的需求,还应顺应当地的自然、人文、经济肌理,多种手段结合进行改造。本文以云南昆明斗南村为例,以其独特的区位优势和产业基础引入“互联网+”平台,进行空间与产业置换的方法探究。
When the concept of“ urban renovation and restoration” was proposed, all circles began to renovate, restore and renew the city. The space and industry replacement between the villages in the urban and those in urban fringe should not only meet the urban needs, but also adapt to the local natural, cultural and economic trend, and combine various means to transform. This paper takes Dounan village in Yunnan, Kunming as an example, and introduces the method of“ Internet +” platform to explore the space and industry substitution with its unique location advantages and industrial base.
