摘要
近代以来,在历史与现实等多种因素的作用下,乡村教师的乡土文化自信正慢慢消解。基于文化自信的三个维度分析当前乡村教师遭遇的乡土文化缺失困境,究其原因是:乡村教师的文化适应与教师教育体系的区隔;城市文化冲击引发乡村教师乡村文化认同危机;“边缘人”身份与断裂的乡土文化教育导致乡土文化实践缺失。面对现实,乡村教师需回归乡土,增进对乡土文化的了解,地方政府与教育行政部门需重视乡村教师的发展特质;推进乡土文化建设,增强乡村教师乡土文化认同;制定利于乡土文化实践的教育策略,推动乡村教师乡土文化自信的回归与重塑。
Since modern times,under the action of many factors such as history and reality,the confidence of rural teachers in local culture is slowly dispelling. Based on the three dimensions of cultural self-confidence,this paper analyzes the dilemma about the lack of the confidence of rural teachers in local culture. The reasons are: the cultural adaptation of rural teachers is separated from the teacher cultivation system;the crisis of professional identity triggered by the impact of urban culture;the marginalized teacher status and the lack of local culture education. Facing the reality,rural teachers need to return to the rural areas to improve their understanding of local culture;local governments and educational administrative departments should pay attention to the developmental characteristics of rural teachers,promote the construction of local culture and enhance the local culture belief of rural teachers,and formulate educational strategies that are conducive to the practice of local culture to boost the returning and reconstructing the confidence of rural teachers in local culture.
