基于弱矩阵的汽车企业跨部门项目团队管理研究被引量：4

摘要近年来,汽车企业发展面临愈发严峻的挑战,产品升级革新迅速,而资源增长受限,这对弱矩阵模式下的车企跨部门团队管理工作提出了更高的要求。本文以激发员工意愿和主动性为出发点,提出"团队领袖"的准弱矩阵项目管理模式,从"团队领袖"的产生、岗位职能分析、培养机制以及绩效评价等方面,阐述了该模式的运行方式,分析了其对员工的培养激励作用,在职能部门长远战略中产生的共赢价值,及对企业应对挑战可持续发展的积极意义。
