摘要 鉴于传统肺活量测量仪体积大、功能单一,携带不便等问题,提出了一种以STM32单片机为核心的肺活量测量仪系统设计方案。该系统以STM32F103ZET6单片机为主控芯片,通过XGZP6847气体压力传感器接收吹气管中气体流速信号,并将其转换成电压输出传送至单片机,根据流体力学测量原理计算得出所采集的气体总量,通过TFT-LCD可触摸彩屏实时显示所测肺活量值。本设计具有语音系统播报功能、显示功能、报警功能。实验表明,此肺活量测量仪能够准确测量人体肺活量值,提示人们注重健康,加强锻炼。适用于家庭、学校、医院、健身房等场所。 Due to the problems of large size, single function, and inconvenient carrying of the traditional vital capacity measuring instrument, a new design of the vital capacity measuring system is proposed in this paper which is based on STM32. The system uses the STM32F103ZET6 single-chip microcomputer (SCM) as the main control chip. The XGZP6847 gas pressure sensor receives the gas flow signal in the blowpipe and converts it into a voltage output which is transferred to the SCM. The total amount of gas collected is calculated according to the principle of fluid mechanics measurement and the result is showed by TFT- LCD in real time. In addition, this design has broadcasting function, display function, alarm function. Experiments show that the spirometer can accurately measure the vital capacity of the human body and indicate people to pay attention to health and exercise, which is suitable for families, schools, hospitals, gyms and other places.
