微波消解-ICP-MS法同时测定天麻中15种稀土元素 被引量:4

摘要 目的建立电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)法同时测定天麻中15种稀土元素的含量。方法采用微波消解法处理样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定。结果15种元素中在0~100μg·L^-1范围内,线性相关系数在0.9996~0.9999。平均加标回收率在89.3%~108.8%之间,精密度RSD在1.01%~2.51%,重复性RSD在1.44%~6.05%。结论本方法简便快速准确,可用于天麻中15种稀土元素的测定,为天麻的质量研究和控制工作提供技术支持。 ObjectiveTo establish an ICP-MS method for the determination of 15 kinds of rare earth elements in Gastrodia elata.MethodsSamples were processed by microwave digestion and the contents were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.ResultsThe linear range of 15 elements was 0~100μg·L^-1,the correlation coefficient of calibration curve was 0.999 6~0.999 9.The average recoveries were between 89.3%~108.8%,precision in 1.01%~2.51%and repeatability in 1.44%~6.05%.ConclusionThis method was simple,rapid and accurate,for the determination of 15 kinds of rare earth elements in Gastrodia elata,and can provide technical support for Gastrodia elata research and quality control.
