摘要
布鲁菌病是由布鲁菌感染引起的人畜共患病,且临床颈部脊髓受累罕见。本文介绍了1例少见的布鲁菌病合并严重颈部脊髓损害致截瘫患者,叙述了其发病后的临床表现、影像学检查及治疗方法,结合相关文献探讨了布鲁菌病的流行病学特点及诊断、治疗思路,指出对于此类患者早期积极采取规范药物治疗完全能够控制病变进展,降低后遗症发生率和手术率。
Brucellosis is a zoonosis caused by brucella infection,and cervical spine involvement is rarely seen in clinical settings.This article introduced a rare case of paraplegia induced by brucellosis with severe cervical spinal cord injury,and described his clinical manifestations,imaging findings and treatment.Then we discussed the epidemiological characteristics,ideas for diagnosis and treatment of brucellosis with reference to related literature,pointed out that early active standardized medications can completely control the progression of the disease,and reduce the incidence of sequelae and surgery.
