摘要
以中低温受热面顺排管束为研究对象,采用CFD-DPM和动网格方法模拟早期烟气侧飞灰在管束表面的沉积特性。建立了飞灰颗粒在管壁沉积、脱附和表面堆积的数学模型,并以用户自定义函数形式载入FLUENT参与控制方程的计算。对比了不同流速下含飞灰烟气外掠管束的沉积特性,给出了飞灰堆积的形貌。结果表明,在沉积初期,飞灰沉积以迎风面沉积为主,上游管束迎风侧沉积高于下游,下游管束背风侧沉积高于上游。
A method based on CFD-DPM and dynamic mesh to predict ash deposition of heat surface of an aligned tube bank was proposed. Ash deposition, resuspension and accumulation model were written in a user define function(UDF) executed in FLUENT. Characteristics of ash deposition with different gas velocity were compared and the configuration of ash deposition was given. Simulation results show that ash deposition growth on windward side of tubes is faster than that of leeward side.Upwind tube ash deposition on windward side is faster than that of downstream tube, and upwind tube ash deposition on leeward side is lower than that of downstream tube.
