摘要
西南边疆民族地区(云南、西藏、广西)由于经济、历史文化、宗教传统、民族风情、习俗习惯等因素,形成了活泼鲜明、丰富多样的民族文化活动,基于西南边疆地区民族文化活动的主要特征和不足,提出通过强化法治理念与法律权威认同、培育民族法治文化、培养民族文化法治人才等措施,来推动西南边疆地区民族文化活动法治化建设。
The southwest border minority areas (Yunnan, Tibet, Guangxi) have formed lively, rich and diverse ethnic cultural activities due to economic, historical and cultural, religious traditions, ethnic customs, customs and other factors. Based on the main characteristics and shortcomings of ethnic cultural activities in southwest border areas, this paper puts forward some measures to promote the legalization of ethnic cultural activities in southwest border areas by strengthening the identity of the concept of rule of law and legal authority, cultivating national culture ruled by law, and cultivating talents ruled by law.
