摘要
利用双酚改性环氧树脂E-51为基体,甲基四氢苯酐(MTHPA)为固化剂,D-248为扩链剂,碳12-14烷基缩水甘油醚(XY-748)为稀释剂,在促进剂4-乙基-2-甲基咪唑(2E4MI)的作用下进行反应,制成一种胶粘剂,并探究了增韧剂端羧基丁腈橡胶(CTBN)的用量对其黏度、凝胶化时间、拉伸剪切强度、吸水性、介电性能的影响。
Using bisphenol modified epoxy resin E-51 as matrix,methyl tetrahydrophthalic anhydride(MTHPA)as hardener,D-248 as chain extender, carbon 12-14 The alkyl glycidyl ether(XY-748)was used as a diluent,and reacted under the action of the promoter 2-ethyl-4-methylimidazole(2E4MI)to prepare an adhesive. The effects of the amount of carboxyl-terminated butadiene acrylonitrile(CTBN)on its viscosity,gelation time,tensile shear strength,water absorption and dielectric properties were also investigated.
